"Seemed great, but locked up my system" by: Billwinkle VueMinder Calendar Lite 8.2.0 Pros: Initially it worked great, I loved it. Cons: After using it for a few days, I discovered that when it was syncing with Outlook my desktop was in full "busy" mode and was basically locked-up. Eventually after this occurred & possibly if a sync occurs during my blackberry sync the calendar file can become corrupted. Other Thoughts: I aam on Win7-64bit, I tried this program both with & without Win7-SP1. Tech support (the developer) was baffled and unable to find a solution. Give it a try, if it works for you, it is great - but watch for the problem I described, if it shows-up on your system, uninstall it immediately. "Wonderful" by: CyberWolf64 Other Thoughts: This program is DEFINITELY useful. You can turn the desktop calendar on/off so if you really don't want it "always" there, you can dismiss it. Can subscribe to online calendars in the iCal format. And can be configured fairly easily. Overall, an excellent free version of the VueMinder program.
