Really goog PIM.
This makes KeyNote the most flexible and one of the most powerful applications of this kind currently available. The best. Period. Don't talk about updates. There won't be any. This project is dead, dead.
Author got a job in Calif. instead. Update not needed. There's nothing to update. Steepish learning curve. Can't be the best, and simple as well.

One of the BEST of it's kind. I use it rather as a notepad replacement. It sits in the tray nicely, loads quickly, and best [for my purposes] auto-detects HTML, so I can just click on a link in KeyNote and it'll open the page in my browser.
Other similar apps I like [notepad replacements] include: NoteTab Lite, EditPad Lite, MetaPad, and Win32Pad.

Precedently I recommand treepad, but now, after a try, I migrate to keynote. Files are plenty compliant with treepad. But there are many options, a bit difficult for beginner.
