Other Thoughts: When an email comes in or goes out, there's no need to do anything, they're automatically filed against the contact involved in a single view, along with notes and any documents created for that contact. In effect, it creates one electronic file automatically.

Other Thoughts: I've had a look through Solo - I can't believe it's free.
Along with the standard features (email, calendar, tasks) common to most of these products, they've thrown in some great stuff for the power user - the Query Builder, a Report builder, a Document Engine that is like a Mail Merge on steroids, and a storage system that ensures everything you do in the system is automatically filed for later access.
Considering this is 1.0, I can't wait to see where this goes!
