| "Brilliant Program" Its a Brilliant program, very Safe, Fast, and does a good job. Its one of the Best that are out there.They also give fantastic support in the event of a problem installing etc.

so, true unless it hangs for whatever amount of time on entry(s) until moving on , you're not likely to see a difference.
but, junk is junk and if you don't use an installer monitor, and go through a lot of programs that their uninstallers leave stuff, this program is good because it has "safe" (green) and "maybe not so safe" (orange) designations.
Afterwards, use a registry "defragger" (compactor).

Even if, at the extreme circumstance, one has to do a reinstall..so what.. it's a darn good procedure for us commoners to learn... the procedure itself, and, how one backs one's stuff up

| "If it ain't broken..." Jeff - that's probably a false positive (AVG is full with false positives).
And to the program itself: registry cleaners are overrated and do not much good. Almost all experts are saying that they are not needed and their impact on performance is close to zero. If you're system is so screwed up then no registry fixer will help, but you can try it as a last resort before fresh install. If your system is working fine then you shouldn't try to "fix" it.

| "Wise Registry Cleaner 3.2.0" Come on FreewareFiles.com get with it the latest version is 3.2.0 and supports Vista OS.
The program is update by the author now and then.
Fix only what the program tells you when you do a scan i.e only Safe to fix and leave Not fully safe to fix alone and then you should not have any problems. A backup is provided in cases it messes up your computer, but like anything use with caution and always read your scan results before fixing anything.
I recommend always doing a manual system restore point before using, do not always rely on the backup.

| "v- 3.1.1" I find the whining about a simple "no, thanks" mouse click more annoying than the said action... I mean , come on , how often do you run the application anyway... and compare that one-second action to the total run time of the program..
But I suppose you complain that the toothpaste cap has too many spirals or the flipcap radial axis is too great... whaaaaa
Now the transparency problem they now fixed... that was annoying.

| "Terrible!" While technically not spyware, virus, or things like that, this program is very deserving of a category almost as BAD called ANNOYWARE!!!
Not only is it annoying to have it always ask, you sure you don't want to upgrade to professional version RIGHT NOW? Yes you dolt, I would have downloaded that version if that was what I wanted!
In addition, being constantly begged on program load for registration is such a cripplingly annoying feature, I just want to toss this program to the never never land of program hells to sleep forever.
