| "I personally" Do not like this program, but it uses its hook to activate when you press your Start key, it does not spy, I believe it has an auto-update. Whenever I had it I could disable the updater. If you can't anymore/still trying, just deny it access if you feel it necessary.

| "well mmm" i can see in the screenshot that it can access stuff from F keys? maybe thats why it needs to hook the keyboard? i dunno... anyway its been ages since i last saw any start thingy in my pc.. who wants vista by the way? uhh.. yeah some clients do. my mistake.

Vista Start Menu neither spies on the user nor sends any data via the Internet if it is downloaded from the developers' official site. We are not responsible for software obtained from other sources.
The fact is that my firewall tells me it is trying to connect like mad... who's right? If the author is then I apologise for the last review posted otherwise...

| "Not really Vista" Just looks like it. The beuaty of the vista startmenu is the indexing and automatic search. You start to type and vista automatically finds the prgram for you. This start menu is nice, but if you are used to the actual vista start menu functionability you will be disapointed. If you have never actually used vista then this is an upgrade from Xp.
