Moves "unmovable" files, such as Spy Sweeper Masters definition files when you are running it portably & have to have them for your flash drive.
Deletes files that are usually "undeletable" in addition to also being able to move files that windows sometimes hangs on (I.E. Right after a ChkDsk scan, when it leaves some of the files unmovable out of your hundreds of thousands of files in your collection).
Whew! Now for a portable version we can run right from the flash drive?
Please?
What do we have to do to get that!

"MS Essentials tags this as a TROJAN"
When MS Essentials scans the installation EXE it tags it as an absolute TROJAN spyware and deletes it. There are also reports on the net that confirm this behavior. Too bad, I used it for quite a while, but there are other unlocker programs available, so I'm moving on...

This application is fantastic! In opposition to all the other force-delete softwares. Windows had placed some annoying folders named "50b21735f277ac3ef6" and "b6e34af34e9ad6..." blabla, but Unlocker made 'em disappear. Thanks. Now I don't have to format the whole drive in order to that. Thanks there developer =)

Unlocker -WAS- a fantastic application, the only program of it's kind that offered the ease of use and utility that all the others lacked. Unfortunately, with updates being over a year old and no sign of x64 support in sight, it's fair to say this is dead in the water and that there is now a gap in the freeware world we all hope Cedrick will return one day to fill.

a program that is a must for computer tools. has got me out of tough times with stubborn files or icons that just wouldnt delete.thanks for such a great tool and free to.darn files that attach themselves to explorer.exe you cant delete or remove unless you use this wonderful tool.saves going into dos mode where windows isnt working then you can remove the files.

Undeleteable folder has been driving me insane for ages causing double documents folders and screwed up links etc etc.
After quick and easy install ran unlocker and clicked unlock -problem solved folder vaperized! so satisfying.
