"Uninstallation" All of our PCs have .NET installed, therefore we are not aware of the exact actions the program takes when attempting to install on a PC without .NET Framework. Usually, if a setup program that needs .NET Framework installed and it is not present on the user's PC, the program will terminate the installation process. In this case, the program does not need to be un-installed as it was never installed.
