I copy lots of files between folders, and have been looking for a file manager similar to Power Desk Pro for some time now. I have probably tried 10 or so FM's. This is the closest it gets in freeware. Very pleasing layout and easy to configure. Of course, not one file manager is going to please everyone, but this comes close to perfection for me.

I used Q-Dir so far. But I suppose I'll switch to DualXplorer. I am very impressed by its functionality and speed. Above all, it's much easier to use than other file explorers.

Makes short of work while copying from one folder to the next and it's very quick. It does not install it is one file. I love programs like this!

Use options tab, and check "Show hidden files", then you will see hidden files, even if you have turned those flags OFF, in Windows Explorer.

DualXplorer0.866 suppresses hidden and system files even if you have turned those flags on in Windows Explorer. This causes trouble to a system engineer who wants to see whether boot files like io.sys were copied to target.
If this bug is fixed, then it's good.
