"Gives direct links to my udpates, nice"

Other Thoughts: Tested the UpdateStar and delivers what is says. I also tried the free Packs the offer to easily set up a PC'S software setup. Quite nice, as I do not have to think and search for programs on a hundred different sites anymore.

Other Thoughts: I tried it, and if I continued using it, I would have spent more time sifting through updates that weren't really updates than I would... Using my computer for anything else. The problem is that in many cases, version info is interpreted incorrectly by UpdateStar. Thus, I found a huge pile of bogus "updates" that weren't. When the database is built-up, more applications will be recognised and its usefullness wil skyrocket!
