"Good bandwith monitoring program"
fitur that i like so much in this program is the ability to show graoh into taskbar... and it seem developer of this program is eager to add more fitur for this program.. and i believe it's was a good thing...

"Seems Pretty Good"
The previous reviewer has just mentioned what I was searching for for days.And it was a huge stroke of luck I found the review.It says that it can shut the PC down when downloads get too slow.I hope it works;I think it will - I have not tried using the software yet.
The interface also looks great in the screenshot.I will post a full review under Networx Portable 4.8.1 after testing it,which is what I am downloading,and may be download this as well.

"Crash fixed"
Networx is my favorite bandwidth monitoring program. I use it to shutdown my PC when downloads get too slow.
They seem to have fixed the crashing in 4.7.3.

Actually, there is not a file named "uninstall.exe". The uninstall executable is "unins000.exe", which is clean.

This software is exceptionally well made, professional, straight forward, easy to use, works on all Windows systems, and is customizable to monitor what the user wants.
False Speed Testers

The majority of speed test softwares and web based tests (SpeakEasy, Ascentive ActiveSpeed, etcetera) do not truly measure the network or internet bandwidth, but only calculate based on the data size downloaded. These are false methods of measurement as they do not monitor the actual bandwidth pathway in current use or even the network devices in use.
*Softwares such as "Ascentive ActiveSpeed" in my opinion are outright scams, as they charge upto $40 for a program that doesn't do anything, but change a couple of registry strings. Their update feature is pretty much a scam, because there is nothing to update or upgrade, ever. Beware of scams such as this product that make outrageous claims.
*SG TCP Optimizer from www.speedguide.net is a decent free 'Registry' optimizer for networks settings. They do not claim anything outrageous and have a fairly sizable user base and forum. Unlike other softwares with outrageous claims, all of the registry settings are viewable and customizable with SG TCP Optimizer (A decent compliment to Networx 4.0). Speedguide.net's speed test is also not reliable since it also doesn't measure the true pathway bandwidth, but only calculates based on the amount of data downloaded.
Networx 4.0 measures the true pathway bandwidth and all installed and active network devices. Trace Route is a bonus for tracing where packet slow downs may have occurred in the bandwidth pathway. There's not much more I can say than what has already been described.
I highly recommend Networx 4.0 to everyone.
It's especially useful in demanding a refund or pro-rated refund from bad ISP services that are falsely charging for a bandwidth speed slower than what you're paying for. Bandwidth speed/size versus amount of downloaded data are two different things.
