Other Thoughts: Complete, rich of functionalities but easy to learn.
@ Dr. Nemo, here in Denmark no problems with diacritical characters.
About extractions of htm/html, you should consider that you need to extract also linked resources or you will not see the page correctly, regardless the software you use to access the data!

Other Thoughts: ...to throw away WinRAR and IZArc.

Other Thoughts: It goes for good road. The GUI has become more intuitive and it is of beautiful design. Their opening of files and compression rates are magnificent - be attentive: LPAQ and PAQ, the best, need of high-speed processors and with a lot of memory RAM -, but PeaZip has the serious problem that shows difficulties when opening compressed htm/html and that it is not able even to open named files by means of itself, in foreign languages that use diacritical.
