Pros: Awesome for downloading videos from youtube. No more video lagging when watching. Can paste multiple urls at once.

Cons: Download list vanishes from time to time. No option to delete the physical file. Don't know if this if fixed yet but download fails and the number of retries option doesn't help. Only option is to click reset state. Video doesn't download completely but the software think it has and there is no option to restart.

Other Thoughts: Youtube has been a pain in the ass lately when wanting to watch videos and jumping from one place in the video to another. Yes the video stream starts over even if you in boundaries of the loaded progress. Lagging due to slow server is another annoying youtube problem.
