Pros: Ireally do like this program a lot. Good tools and features

Cons: What happens when youwant to buy the software? You go put your info down as well as your CC info and do what every other company/software provider does and submitfor payment. Do not hold your breath on this one, you have to call to get your license.Where the hell is this coming from? This is the first time-literally the first time that I would have to call to get license. I mean, I bought my first computer in 1992 and this is the first time ever that you would pay money than call them to get fully functionable. So that was about 24 hours ago. Sent an email explaining I am currently living in a foriegn country and the only phone I have is a I Phone and to call the American or international numbers, the calls kept dropping before even getting a ring tone. So now 24 hours later I have recieved nothing from this company. So I went into their forums and support menus. What happens? I thought Isigned up with a user hame the previous day-there is no place to sign in. So maybe I made a mistale and it was someone else I signed up with. So I try signing up and when all done get this message: The string you entered for the image verification did not match what was displayed I don't know what that means but it refuses to sign me up for their forums.

Other Thoughts: I wander who is in charge of that company because as far as I am concerned this is a mickey mouse BS way to do business.
