"really aged"

Pros: it works with oldies, non-unicode national files

Cons: not relevant any more

Other Thoughts: the program must have been quite good in its time, but times have changed. It is a i32 program that won't display CSV of unicode text columns. Its "options" dialog won't respond to clicks (maybe it's high time for /
/a recompilation in windows ver>95) /
/And the most reasonable question: you can "graphically" handle CSV files with spreadsheet programs, so why keep someone's first programming exercise around?
