Video games are a unique form of art. What's particularly weird about them, though, is how judgmental people are about how consumers enjoy their experiences. If you aren't playing on the hardest mode possible, and perfectly, some people will say that you are experiencing the game the wrong way. For others, though, the joy is just in getting through. For others, it's about breaking past the intended experience. If you don't find yourself beholden to the "proper" way of playing a game, this month's edition of CheatBook is for you. Full of great game cheats, it allows you to play your way.

This month's release has a lot in common with what came before. There are a few hot new games, a few overall favorites, and a smattering of older games to round out the set. This month is once again light on trainers and high on cheats, many of which are simply guides to achievements and secrets. It's a good mix of both old and new content, with a fair amount of what's listed coming from the last one to three months. It's very similar to what you would have found on the old cheat sites that used to be such an important part of the internet.

Destiny 2 and NBA 2k18 Added This Month

The good news is that this month's edition of CheatBook includes some truly great games. With Destiny 2 and NBA 2k18 on the list, it's a great time to start playing around with settings on some of the newest and hottest games on the market. There's also a decent selection of older games included, which is nice for those who are still forcing their way through classics. There are even some relatively obscure games this month, which helps to round out a particularly strong issue. Some of the cheats aren't quite perfect, but the breadth of what is available really works.

Shadow of War and Assassin's Creed Origins Next Month

There are the usual issues with this issue, though. There are a few cheats that don't work, a few trainers that are just a little harder to use than normal, and there are certainly a few games that just didn't make the cut in time. In fact, the biggest flaw with this issue is probably the release date - since it released just a few weeks before games like Shadow of War and Assassin's Creed Origins, users are going to have to wait another month before they can get their cheat fixes for those games. It's a shame, though, as the issue itself is good.

Still the Best Source for Cheats

If you're going to cheat when playing a video game, this is still the source to check out. There are some great cheats here for some great games, though some of the bigger releases this month just aren't going to make the deadline. While your experience with each game's cheats will vary, the overall experience is more than worthwhile. Don't tire yourself out by looking all over the internet for your cheat, guide, and trainer needs - take a look at CheatBook to experience your games the way that you want to play them.
