Other Thoughts: Small sized download, can auto detect or un-hide to see what it'll potentially detect.
Like most, it's fast and fairly thorough.
The publisher should state its updates or have a change log.
It doesn't secure delete (overwrite).
Nor detect index.dat files , hot fix uninstalls and associated files...
It doesn't have any right-click functions such as what are the actual file names, go to target file, exclude,...
