EdgeCookiesView displays the cookies stored by the latest (Fall Creators Update 1709 of Windows 10) version of the Edge browser. Either cookies from the current running system can be read, or the utility can read them from the WebCacheV01.dat file on an external drive. You can export the Microsoft Edge cookies you select in spreadsheet, text or HTML format. It's strictly an informational tool, and you cannot delete any cookies.

Prior to Fall Creators Update 1709 of 10, Microsoft Edge cookies were readable with the IECookiesView tool. They are now stored in WebCacheV01.dat which it cannot read, necessitating the development of a new application to read Microsoft Edge cookies.

Using EdgeCookiesView

Just run EdgeCookiesView.exe and the main window will display all the stored cookies. Viewing them on an external system requires using the 'Advanced Options' window, selecting the 'External database file' option and scrolling to the WebCacheV01.dat file. There's a 'Quick Filter' feature which activates with the Ctrl+Q hotkey. Type in the hostname or the cookie name if you know it and the relevant cookies will be displayed.

The command line is accessible, and there are language options available in this Microsoft Edge cookies viewer from Nirsoft.
