Pros: A useful vector/bitmap editor, pretty minimal but good for web tasks like resizing, adding text.

Cons: User interface is opaque. Kept getting stuck in whatever mode I selected. Don't have time to re-learn gfx software.

Other Thoughts: If your workflow in other gfx apps is ingrained, PicPic won't appeal.
