Pros:
This program works flawlessly for me, there is another application with a GUI called "DataByte" by RoadKil, I have used for years that does the same thing.
Cons:
The directions said to type the following at the command prompt. bin2header [binary filename] The actual syntax is bin2header [binary filename] [header file name].
Other Thoughts:
A small update in the instructions to reflect the actual parameters would be nice for those who want to use it.
