Pros:
Creates a bootable live usb stick in minutes.
Cons:
On some older machines, the created boot stick won't work.
Other Thoughts:
If you UNetbootin doesn't do the trick for you, try YUMI. It's freeware as well:

Ever since I've had my first usb stick, I started to search for something like this. I have more than one year since I'm using it and I got to the conclusion that it is simply the best !!!
