"It costs money to use ?!"

Pros:
Small, clean interface. I didn't know what to rate it, so I chose "good".
Cons:
I installed this Raketu program to see if I could send a text message to my friend, but I couldn't unless I purchased minutes ! I uninstalled it.
Other Thoughts:
I didn't see where it stated that it was not free to use.

"Raketu is the best software !"

Other Thoughts:
I rate this software as the best among all the Voip providers !The idea of connecting communications,entertainment and information into one single application is a innovative technique which says everything about Raketu! I have using it for quite some time and therefore rate it as the best softwrae!
