Other Thoughts: It is strange that a property company would create a program like this, but clicking the download link DID take me to the download page.

The program itself needs a facelift--BAD. It looks like it came from Windows 2.0 or 3.0. It doesn't go well with today's colorful operating systems. Albeit the program may be useful to someone.
