The only icon I wanted to change was "My Computer", and it did that flawlessly.
Note: The Start Button section is useless. My Start button text did not change.
For Changing the Start button text, I recommend a shareware program called My Start Button @ http://www.ekossoft.com/. The downside: It requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 to run.

This program may be perfectly fine, but it comes packaged in a GUI that is way too dark. I might use it if it came with an alternative (lighter) skin, but I cannot even read the button labels on it. Utterly useless to me.
