Pros:
It actually did exactly what I wanted, and nothing else, unlike the previous four applications that I tried from here.

Other Thoughts:
I needed to convert FLAC files to 256-bit MP3. Other programs seemed to be determined to try to convert them into video formats such as AVI or OGG... no, I realize that makes no sense, but anyway, this program did exactly what I wanted... Thank You MediaHuman.
