Byte Calculator allows you to quickly convert between different measurements of bits and bytes.

The latest JEDEC standards are used:

byte, kibibyte, mebibyte, gibibyte, tebibyte
kilobyte, megabyte, gigabyte, terabyte
bit, kibibit, mebibit, gibibit, tebibit

Also included are the storage capacities of CD, DVD, DVD DL, DVD-RAM, Blu-Ray, Floppy, and HD-DVD.

File sizes can be imported, including by drag and drop. Results can be copied to the clipboard or saved to a text file.

What´s New in version 0.5:

Added drag and drop support to import the size of files and folders
Some interface changes

FreewareFiles tested Byte Calculator 0.5 on 2008-06-14 using leading antivirus scanners and found it 100% Clean. It does not contain any form of malware, spyware, viruses, trojans, etc. We will re-test each updated version and remove the award as well as the program if found infected.

Pros: Great Disc Template [bd,dvd,cd,fdd,etc] Always on top

Cons: There is no keyboard shortcuts [only C (clear)]

Other Thoughts: No info updates ?
