CSS Menu Generator is a free WYSIWYG menu generator. With this version of the tool you can generate horizontal, vertical and drop-down (combo-box) menus. To generate your menu -- just add menu items, select menu type, customize color and font settings, then just copy the CSS/JavaScript and XHTML menu code and paste it in your (target) webpage.

Other Thoughts: best one so far, especially for a newbie like me, very easy to use, good if au fait with css and html code, create structure of drop down, colours, fonts, etc., save each file, copy html into index then link menus, only imitation is number of basic templates, otherwise excellent.
