Pros: It's free. It's open source.

Cons: 21.32MB was a bit large for a (VERY simple) CLIPBOARD manager? Are you serious? And now it's 40.14MB!!! WTH???

Other Thoughts: Yankee Clipper III is also free and WAY more awesome. Installer weighs in at 1.06MB. http://www.intelexual.com/products/YC3/
