CodeTwo Outlook Export is an easy to use free tool for exporting data from Microsoft Outlook to CSV text files. It can export much more data, than build-in export functionality in Outlook. It allows also for exporting user-defined properties from Outlook items, it is faster and easier to use. The program supports data export from all types of folders: Contact, Calendar, E-mail, Post, Task, Journal, Notes.

After installing CodeTwo Outlook Export, when you start Outlook, you will see a new icon added to the end of the standard toolbar. Click it to start CodeTwo Outlook Export program. You can also start it by selecting CodeTwo Outlook Export - data export command in Outlook Tools menu. In CodeTwo Outlook Export program you can choose, if you want to export data for all items from the currently selected folder or only for the selected items.
