Foto2Avi is a freeware basic video/photo converter to avi/mpeg/flv. It also functions as a video editor as well.

Foto2Avi supports:

Input:

Photos : bmp/jpeg/png
Video : avi/mpeg
Audio : mp3/ogg/wav

Output:

Video: Mpeg4/Xvid/AviUncompressed/flv/mpeg
Audio: Mp2/Mp3/Ac3

Has these video effects:

Logos
Subtitles
25 Transitions (Flippage,Swirl...)
Basic Effects (Brightness/Noise/Fade in/Fade out)
9 Advanced Effects (Distort, Ripple)
9 Animations

Supports one audio stream from video and one external audiostream(wav/mp3/ogg). The two audiostreams are mixed 50% 50% [you can mute the videostream or you can add silence on the external audiostream in order to listen only one of both audiostreams].

Pros: It might not have the looks,but it does a fantastic job. Very good video output quality(When Set at average Kbps).Program runs smoothly without problems.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Software have potential to be one of the best(Have tried more than 10)
