GoKnot is a complete Windows Go solution. Go (Japanese) is the oriental game aka Wei Qi (Chinese) and Baduk (Korean). GoKnot can be used for playing, both locally or on the Internet. It is also a tool for editing and analyzing games. It supports: Game trees in SGF, game maps in HTML, new realistic boards, hints during play, SGF annotation, conversion of any SGF file using the reference implementation SGFC, spreadsheet windows for selecting games and players at the Telnet client, an open proposal for collaborating, and the most important: a new standard for Go engines, gke, open to developers.

GoKnot is freeware with a voluntary registration fee of 16 Euro. No restrictions apply to unregistered copies other the the reminder that is is not registered by a non-intrusive message.
