Image Enhance offers support for jpeg and bitmap images, webcams, scanners and digital cameras (using twain). It is capable of applying different filters and effects, like sharpness, brightness, contrast, old photo, find edges etc.

FreewareFiles tested Image Enhance v2.2.0 on 2001-10-26 using leading antivirus scanners and found it 100% Clean. It does not contain any form of malware, spyware, viruses, trojans, etc. We will re-test each updated version and remove the award as well as the program if found infected.

Other Thoughts: I use this for quick and easy adjustments, like increasing or decreasing brightness. Although it doesn't offer a lot of user control, it is very fast and handy and runs well on my cheap laptop :-) My second-favourite editor after Image Analyzer.
