Pros:  None

Cons:  None

Other Thoughts:  Actually Moven, Win XP Does NOT have this utility.

XP DOES have a way to rotate pictures using it's built in image viewer, but it is DEFINITELY not lossless.

This program IS.

I used Win XP rotation to rotate a picture that it warned me about I could lose quality if I rotate....

Let me say this, I rotated it just 4 times, & believe me, when I tried the original & the rotated, the rotated turned out AWFUL. I could see horrible degradation of the image.

Do NOT get confused. Yes, XP has rotation, not NO, it is NOT lossless.

YOU DO LOSE QUALITY if you use XP image viewer to rotate!
