The Pioneer PVR Communicator is a software which can connect PC computer with PVR through the Ethernet. The software works on WINDOWS 98/Me/2000/XP/Vista. In this case it is possible to connect PVR not only with WINDOWS Vista OS.

The software uses the upnpX protocol, and can detect a device through SSDP. Software does not require SSDP service running on PC. It was tested on Pioneer PVR: LX61, LX61D and should work with others type of Pioneer PVR. It is possible that this program will work with other upnpX devices in manual mode (through IP indicate).

You do not have to install this program - only unpack it to a folder and run. This program doesn´t write any register keys. You only delete it to remove it.

After connecting, you can navigate through directories and files, delete directory/file and copy files or a folder from computer to PVR. You can copy music, pictures, and movies - see PVR manual.
