I'm not sure why it has that sample display picture ...
I found it to be an in-kockpit [I get vulgar language warning, if spelt correctly] perspective -- visual and instrumental navigation , not an out-of-aircraft virtual.
While it is mouse / keyboard supported, I'd tend to pass, less of a joystick.
I found it more interesting, even educational and challenging than fun.
If one can master it, little care of the graphics --- they're adequate.

We know that there are graphically more complex programs that this one, but they do not have the didactic character that YS Flight Simulation has apart from the ludic that is the one that more rouses all. In the particular thing, we like flights a lot to helix that it offers.

"Fun Software"
There is NO virus like what mr. oozy says. If there was and his virus detector caught it, then he would put the name of the virus here (which he didn't because there was not virus). I installed with no problems and no virus (have the latest AVG definitions). Fun little program. I actually like it and it's not a resource hog either.

I've been playing this game for 6 years, and I've never gotten bored of it. There's an English community of it at www.yspilots.com, which can make your experience a whole lot better. Trust me, it's worth the download.
