"Great simple editor"

XML Copy Editor is a great, simple XML editor with DTD/XSD validation, pretty print, etc... Works wonderfully as a lightweight and fast program.

"not for 98"

Although this site has said the program runs under Windows 98 it does not. It simply bombed with a message that Windows NT/2000 was required.
