"Tops!"

Not as functional as the better known browsers, but an excellent standby for when you want to fire up a browser that loads in a flash and gives you really fast surfing.

Although not an allrounder, it has more functions and options than some make it sound like here. I have been using it for a while now and I am very, very happy with it.

Only a really lazy person would complain about a quick launch or start menu shortcut. For heaven's sake, all you have to do is drag and drop the shortcut!

And the bit about a trojan is nonsense. I have scanned it with a number of cleaners and it came out clean. You probably had some other problem.

And no - I don't have anything to do with the author. I don't even know who wrote the thing. I just feel that something this nice deserves to be praised!

"Is it really an enhancement ...?"

Personally I prefer the 2.X series, because of their (ok, also everything than perfect, but usable) ad blocking possibility. But 3.X...? Hey developer(s), did the advertisers persuade you to cripple the ad blocking in your browser?
Ok, altogether a slightly better (more organized) view of the UI, but:
It's not the look that makes me use a software, it's the FUNCTION. And if this is limited, it's usability for me is limited - I use it less.

Ok, most users out there seemingly work simply with their eyes and therefor ignore a reduced functionality... that's no argument for me, as long as there is a brilliant alternative available: Firefox.

"Excellent"

Really spiffy interface, really tiny browser....

Although the folks at Browzar.com have made a browser that, using the classic version, is 216 KB.

That's over 4.8 times smaller, with tabbed browsing, AND it automatically cleans your surfing tracks when you close it.

Nothing better for a portable flash drive... Don't forget however, that "removing traces" is still not the same as secure erasing.

Never use a public computer for things you don't want undeleted by utilities like Handy Recovery, or Recuva later on...

"v- 2.2.1.0"

Rather amazing, given its small size.
I'm trying this on 2kpro, despite not listed as OS compatible -- works very well.
Fast launch and good page loading (especially if scripts are blocked) and cleans up after itself very well.

For me, being an accessory minimalist, it has the basic features I'd likely use and then not too many more and is relatively easy to configure -- doesn't look like an arcade game or bubble gum machine.
I think it should make the Favorites import , for non-IE browsers, easier.

Not a big deal, for me, but it doesn't offer many add-ons (I'd like a more integrated spell checker and more specific-type, ad-blocker list add-on).
It does have a right-click per site blocking optios that can be a bit confusing as to what applies and does have the more generalized Script, Java, Video, Image, etc. blockers but sometimes these are a nuisance ( example , if I had Script block on, I couldn't send this posting nor see some options in the Tools> Options ).

I would like to have a quick launch icon option (or at least Start Menu)

"Luv This!!!"

At my location, I never had a critical problem about virus or this kinda thing for long since I installed AVG so this IE-skinned browser be so great to me, I've used it for months and put other web browsers as a backup plan (Flock, Safari, Firefox & IE) it's not perfect but it serves me good!

"Fast...w/no problems this time."

i had this a coupla months ago and loved it until it stopped opening one day...now this one is all fixed up (new version) and it is great.
if there's a trojan or a virus in it, my avg, my avorax, and my comodo haven't told me anything yet, so it's okay for now...

"As fast and sleek as a snake in the grass...and, unfortunately, just as dangerous!!!"

I love this little made-in-China browser. It's fast, sleek and feature rich. And with a wealth of free skins available for download it's very pretty to look at,too. If Avant Browser (another I.E. clone)had skins like these it would be the most popular browser on the planet. TheWorld Browser has everything you could want from such a tiny browser(well, almost). Even its own home-made virus. My AVG Anti-Virus software found a Trojan BackDoor (Hupigon3.AWTM)right there in the install .exe file. It's really such a shame! Otherwise, if it weren't for this security issue, this little sucker could've been a contender in the Major League. Bummer,really...

"Surprisingly Terrific"

Goes to show that IE doesn't *have* to suck! It's starting to win me over from FireFox. Fast, secure (at least on a Limited User Account). What's not to love? Hungry for memory is about the only downside but it's not that much worse than FF2.
