Microsoft Office Word Viewer 1.0
Pros: None! Cons: Only a reader? Other Thoughts: Why would ANYONE want to duplicate what already exists in Office? Just install Office if you need to read. This is junk. Plus you have to install the compatibility pack for full access?
You can install Office, or this reader, or both! Wow!
Why would you want to install less than the full program, anyway, since this is the same as office, only a very, very, dumbed down version of it?

Other Thoughts: I totally disagree with bad ratings, you actually need this program.
I use OpenOffice myself, but sometimes I find .doc files containing elements such as mathematics for example, that cannot be viewd properly with OO.

Other Thoughts: Why use this piece of junk, when you can use AbiWord or OpenOffice Writer. This can only view documents, you can't edit or create with it. Do yourself a favor and get AbiWord and/or OpenOffice.
