Geeezzz... five different windows and sub-windows, two different speedometer displays, and tons of other superfluous stuff (including a huge popup ad at the end), to display a simple number that countless other programs present, more quickly and easily. I *swear* I heard this poor program gasping for breath before it was done! Someone is a little too full of themself...

"I Hate Pop Ups"
I really hate pop-ups and adware. This is supposed to be freeware, not adware. Uninstalled it and it left traces of the program on my computer.

"Decent"
CPU-Z seems better.
This is very flashy looking but checking the results on their top processor speeds seems to give some very wrong results.
How can you have a processor that is rated at 4GZ running at an "actual" speed of 8mhz?
Something just don't seem right with that!

Doesn't seem to take speed-step technology into account on my Dell laptop. Over-flashy GUI. Uninstall leaves the directory in Program Files and the Start Programs entry. Overall very poor!

"v- 3.0.2.2"
For me, it was accurate.
It did correctly reflect my slight overclock.
But its CPU Info section , for Memory, just said "Description: 'memory' = 'memory'" (?)... granted , this is an older CPU, but I didn't find the Info feature deeply informative.
What I found interesting, on its comparison page, was how many speeds fell short of published speeds.
