Pros: Easy setup; Highly adjustable; Stable; Multiply compression options; Multiply source options; ...

Cons: Doesn't have support for burning to optical media.

Other Thoughts: Truly a great solution for backuping your files. Once properly setup-ed, you can easelly forget about it.
