If you're looking for an application to play your .M4A audio files and at the same time support AAC audio, M4A Player is just what you need. More than that, it also supports ALAC which stands for Apple Lossless Audio Codec. Additionally, not having to install other audio codecs to play all those formats mentioned is also a great feature. It lets you enjoy high-quality audio in different formats on your computer. Best of all, it's free to use.

Loop Playback Feature

The M4A Player features loop playback which loops all audio files that you add to your list. That means you don't have to hit play again once all your songs or audio files have been played.

Hot Keys

Another great feature of the M4A is that you can use shortcuts called hotkeys. These are very simple commands that will help you navigate your player to perform simple functions.

If you want to pause the song or audio, simply type in the "P" key. It can pause and also play the audio. Use the hotkey "+" to increase the volume or press on "-" to lower it down. And if you want to mute the audio at any time, you can use the hotkey "M" to switch on mute or unmute your selection.

Adding Files

It's pretty simple to add your audio files to the player and play them. On the menu, you can see the File option at the very top. Click on it and from the selection, choose "Add Files". Then you can add all the files that you want to play. The default extension is .M4A, but since the player supports other types of files, you can simply switch the extension to see your other audio files.

To play the audio, click on the Play icon. You can also add several files simultaneously by highlighting them when you add files.

Deleting Files

It's also pretty straightforward to delete or remove files from your list. There are two ways to do this. First, go to the File option from the menu and select "Remove Files" from the choices. Then select the file or files you want to delete from your list. Another way is to use the shortcut or the hotkey "Del" or delete.

Overall, M4A Player is a handy audio player that you can use to play .M4A files as well as other audio file formats.
