MailWasher allows you to preview multiple accounts and all aspects of your e-mail on the server before you download it to your computer, thus protecting you from spam, viruses, phishing attacks, and other nuisances. You can then delete unwanted e-mail before it gets to you. Other features help identify and protect you against viruses and worms. Also included are comprehensive, customizable filters, use of friends list and blacklist to stop spammers.

Other Thoughts: I've used Mailwasher since the first version came out around 10 years ago. Each release is better then the previous one. I can't imagine dealing with email without it. You can weed out trash before it even leaves the mail server, set friends & blacklists, bounce spam.... indispensable!
Oh, and it works fine with Win 7 x64
