Software Product Description

TaskSchedulerView is an intuitive application that allows you to view all the tasks from Windows Task Scheduler in one list. From the list, you can either enable or disable multiple tasks simultaneously, making your work easier.

You do not need to install TaskSchedulerView as it is a portable application. Simply save it to your desired destination from where you run the executable file. When you launch the application, its interface will display details of most of the Task Scheduler tasks. However, you may not view some tasks unless you run the application with administrator privileges. A simple and quick method of running it with administrator privileges is by pressing Ctrl+F11.

The details you will see include the name of a task, its status, whether it is hidden or not, last task result, last run, next run and what triggers the task among others.

You can select single or multiple tasks and export them to various file formats, including xml, html and csv. You may also copy the required tasks to the Clipboard and paste them to different applications like Excel.

As we had already mentioned, you may select the tasks you want to enable or disable at once. However, please note that you can perform the actions on some tasks only if you run the application with administrator rights. You may even view and enable or disable tasks on a remote computer on which you have permission to make such changes. You can connect to a remote computer under Advanced Options after typing its name.

Apart from the simple GUI, TaskSchedulerView also features a command-line interface for advanced users. The application is compatible with Windows Vista and later operating systems.
