AxCrypt2Go is the portable version of AxCrypt developed to be able to run from a USB flash drive or any other portable device.

File encryption using the AES algorithm with 128-bit keys. It combines strong symmetric encryption with compression and double-click editing/viewing. Encrypted files have a '.AXX' extension added to their names, and are shown with a new icon.

FreewareFiles tested AxCrypt2Go 1.7.2867.0 on 2011-12-05 using leading antivirus scanners and found it 100% Clean. It does not contain any form of malware, spyware, viruses, trojans, etc. We will re-test each updated version and remove the award as well as the program if found infected.

Other Thoughts: this beta version after integration withcontext menu freezed my pc(xp sp3)several times untill i uninstalled it.
