It won't edit files that aren't made in Elfima, but it works just like I expected. Create PDF files, it's a bit like making an html page. You use tags, and there are some samples included and a FAQ and stuff. Definitely a useful utility if you want your PC to be able to make a .pdf (which imho is the fanciest and most useful format) I would have liked to see an option to create a pdf in the right click => new menu during installation. Other than that minor change, I can't really think of anything.
