Pros: I use version 1.2.1.371 I have no interest in updating.
This is a true killer app. Love it!!!! Microsoft should use this idea instead of that stupid dog.

Other Thoughts: It's great when it works, but it kept having a problem on my system where it wouldn't find files/folders that were there. I now use Locate (aka Locate32). While I hate the way Locate needs to constantly index files, at least once it has, it works. not only muy local hard disk
but other disks or backup cds or dvds
however I need to "index" time to time
whith "Everything" I exclude
Windows, Programs files and
Documents and settings
then I got at least my local data indexed pretty fast

"Unbelievably Fast Search Util!"

Other Thoughts: This is an amazingly fast file and folder searching utility. I've never come across a utility that searches so much so quickly. And, yes, in terms of speed, it even blows away Agent Ransack -- and that's not small praise. So, if you want to find files on your local NTFS drives, this is definitely the tool for you. Unfortunately, the standalone Everything can't index mapped drives UNLESS the mapped drive already has a copy of Everything installed on it already. Other Thoughts: I've never been moved to write a review before, but this "little" gem is absolutely great. I used to use Agent Ransack because it was faster then XP's search, but no more.
