ColorBug is a free color-picker that allows you to identify colors from applications, images, and it also finds matching colors. The program features an easy to use GUI, a sample window to select colors, several color palettes, and the ability to capture the screen and pick colors from the zoomed display.
Additionally, ColorBug supports different color codes including hex code and RBG.
Requires: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.
